Please help as surgery is coming up

I am so sorry to even post this stupid thing. We are just broke. Having issues with food, dog food, and a couple of utilities. This whole problem is because of me. Julie is suffering through just watching, doing all she can. She is working and working all the OT she can.

Now I am starting to have cognitive brain issues. Forgetful, not understanding – it’s horrible, embarrassing and very discouraging.

Thank you greatly for any help and your concern. Our dogs say thank you as well, and hate to be a nuisance.
