My name is Michele and this is my husband George. George began having lung problems at 42 years of age. In 2012, he was given an 8-year death sentence and has continued to fight the odds. His pulmonologist has given us hope for more time together to raise our 3 children by offering a Double Lung Transplant! We are forever grateful for this opportunity. We are asking for some financial help to cover costs of having to travel to Phoenix, Arizona, from the PNW, and stay for the mandatory 3-6 months post-op. This opportunity revitalizes my ability to return to work and continue to support my family financially, whereas I have been unable to work outside the home since 2020.
