Prosthetic leg

Hi my name is Scott. I left work early one day on my electric scooter and I was doing less then 30km/h and only got about 5 or 6 streets away from work and I was run off the road by a car. After having an operation and getting a pin put in my leg I thought 6 to 8 weeks later I’d be able to walk again. I had a big open wound on the front of my leg which I started noticing was starting to look a little different and found out it was infected and had to have another operation to remove the pin and cut the infection out. After the operation as you can see in the photo the pin was removed but because it still wasn’t healed they had to replace the pin with all these rods and brackets to hold the bone in place while it finished healing. Thinking that was it and it couldn’t get any worse I noticed they marked with 2 arrows a spot down the bottom of my leg I wish now I hadn’t of asked but they told me that’s around where the infection was that they can’t stop and if they leave it it’s going to get worse so that’s where there planning on chopping the infection out but unfortunately for me that means from there down isn’t going to be there after the next operation.
