Rally for Brett’s Healing and Recovery

On March 20 a trip to the emergency room ended up in life saving emergency surgery for Brett Guillory. It was at that time that he found out he had stage 3 colon cancer. Brett has had many complications since the surgery including sepsis that nearly took his life that caused him a 47 day stay in the hospital. He was home for a few weeks and recently was admitted back into the hospital due to extreme pain and shortness of breath. He is having multiple blood clots, internal bleeding and has an abscess near the pancreas along with pancreatic leak and a collection of blood from the bleed. His liver enzymes are now high and staph infection. To summarize, he has had one complication after another and is extremely ill. He was transferred to St Louis University Hospital where they are trying to determine the next steps of treatment. Many people have asked how they can help Kim and Brett at this time and I decided to create a fundraiser account so that anyone who wants to help can do so here. Kim is now having to stay in St Louis which is just one more thing to add to the already difficult situation. Simply put, I wanted to create a platform for the people who love and care about Kim and Brett to be able to support them at this time. They are asking for continued prayers for Brett to be healed, for the doctors to have wisdom and for God’s supernatural provision. Our family is grateful to the Lord for sustaining Brett so far and we will continue to trust him while knowing that there is still a long road ahead. We have seen the Lord at work and our faith is strong. If you would like to help them, please know how genuinely grateful they are for every prayer and every dollar.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
