Sickle Cell Diseaes Screening for Basic Schools

The Ghana Foundation for Sickle Gene Action is raising funds to raise awareness, educate and screen 400 Junior High School Children for Sickle Cell Disease ($5 per child).

We have also partnered with the NHIS to enroll the children onto their program ($2.5 per child) for continuum of care at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
