About the Organizer: Mark Anthony Johnson
My name is Mark Anthony Johnson, and I’ve spent my life standing in the gap for others. I’m a retired Warden and Unit Manager from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, a U.S. Air Force veteran, a certified life coach, and the founder of Life to the Brim—an organization dedicated to trauma-informed care, empowerment, and second chances for the incarcerated, the broken, and the overlooked.
I’ve witnessed what it means to suffer silently. I’ve also seen what happens when community rallies with compassion. That’s why I’m stepping forward to help someone who has dedicated her life to doing the same.
Why I’m Raising Funds
I’m raising $25,000 to support Dr. Michelle N. Williams, a woman who has poured her life into healing others—physically, spiritually, and socially—and who now finds herself in desperate need of support.
Dr. Williams has been a faith leader, civil rights advocate, and holistic healer. Through her nonprofit, From Crass to Grace, Inc., and her personal ministry, she’s lifted up the fallen, fought for the voiceless, and restored hope where it had been lost.
But now, she’s fighting a personal health battle that has left her overwhelmed with medical bills, prescription costs, transportation needs, co-pays, and diagnostic testing. Insurance has failed her. Yet her faith remains.
I believe in reciprocity. When someone has been a vessel of healing for so many, they deserve a community to catch them when they fall. This is our moment to be that community.
Let’s come together to honor her legacy, ease her burden, and help her heal.
Please take the time to read her story. Many people talk about blessing others and do not. However, there are some people who walk the talk and talk the walk. Their actions reveal them as a “Walking Epistle”. This is Michelle Williams:
