Steven’s Next Hero: A New Alert Dog Needed

My name is David Rasco. Meet Steven Rasco and his diabetic alert dog, Tex. Tex has been with us for 12 years now. He’s been a retired service dog for 3 years, and we’re preparing for the inevitable passing of this wonderful four-legged hero.

Unfortunately, it is not easy, nor is it cheap, to purchase and train these heroes. Our family is trying to raise funds in order to search for and purchase a new diabetic alert dog for my son. This animal would travel everywhere with my son, alert to his high and low blood sugars, and be his companion through every adventure and every important moment. He would also be a member of this family. Please help us in this difficult task of finding and affording Steven’s next companion.
