Hi everyone,
My name is Jackie Bartley and I’m reaching out on behalf of Ashley Copp, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. This diagnosis came as a sudden and devastating shock, changing the course of her life in an instant.
Ashley is not only a great ELA teacher, but she is a loving mother, wife to Dylan Copp, and friend. She is someone who has always gone out of her way to care for others, often putting her own needs aside. Now she faces one of the most difficult battles of her life, and we don’t want her to have to face it alone.
As anyone who has been touched by cancer knows, the journey is physically, emotionally, and financially draining. In addition to the intense treatment regimen ahead — including chemotherapy, surgeries, and countless doctor visits — there are many unexpected costs that aren’t covered by insurance.
We’re asking for help to ease the financial strain during this challenging time. Funds raised will go directly toward:
- A high-quality wig that will help Ashley maintain a sense of dignity and confidence as she undergoes chemotherapy.
- Out-of-pocket medical expenses and co-pays that add up quickly.
- Daily living costs like utilities, groceries, and transportation, especially as she and her husband Dylan will have to take time off work to focus on healing.
Every donation, no matter how small, will help lighten her burden and allow her to focus on what truly matters: her health, her recovery, and her future.
We know times are tough for many, but if you’re able to donate — or even share this page with your network — it would mean the world to Ashley and Dylan.
Thank you for your love, support, and kindness during this deeply personal journey.
With gratitude,
Jackie Bartley + Ashley and Dylan’s support team
