We are reaching out to our community with heavy hearts and deep respect for a man who has touched the lives of so many—Ed Arenas. Whether you know him as a mentor, a neighbor, a casting director, an acting coach, a producer, a friend, or a tireless advocate for those around him, chances are Ed has made a lasting impact on your life. I, for one, would not have had the career in entertainment I’ve had, had it not been for Ed. As a newcomer starting out, he was very patient and gave incredibly good advice and guidance, often sacrificing his own path forward for others.
Ed has always been the first to offer a helping hand, never seeking recognition for the countless ways he’s uplifted those around him. He’s shown up—rain or shine—for the community, and in support of anyone who needed him.
Now it’s our turn to show up for Ed!
In recent weeks, Ed has been facing significant health challenges that have resulted in mounting medical bills and time away from work. Despite everything, his spirit remains strong, and his heart continues to give.
I am launching this fundraiser to help alleviate some of the financial burden Ed is currently facing. All funds raised will go directly toward medical costs, recovery support, and future care, and to ensure that Ed receives the care and dignity he so deeply deserves.
