Brian and Trish have always put family and friends at the center of their lives. They are humble, kind souls who never ask for help, but now they are facing a challenge that no one should have to face alone.
Brian, a devoted husband and father to Emma (13) and Finn (15), was recently diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. From the start, his journey has been complicated by a serious infection, keeping him hospitalized and delaying the start of proper treatment.
Brian has always been a hardworking small business owner, but his illness has made it impossible for him to continue working. His wife, Trish, is doing everything she can to keep their family afloat while working two jobs and also grieving the recent loss of her mother.
The weight of medical bills, household expenses, and daily living costs have become overwhelming. Still, through it all, Brian’s spirit continues to shine. He’s known for his deep love of ’80s rock, his incredible talent on the drums (whether behind a full kit or simply tapping on the table), and the way his laughter lights up a room. He’s also a gifted artist with countless works tucked away, though he rarely talks about that creative side of himself.
