Although Daniel has insurance, it falls short of covering the many expenses he now faces. He will miss significant time from work, making it difficult to keep up with rent, bills, and daily needs. Daniel is the sole caregiver to his 11-year-old daughter, Kyla, with whom he shares a deep and loving bond. He has not yet told Kyla about his diagnosis, wanting to protect her as long as possible.
