Patty has always been the one to care for others. For over 30 years, she worked as a dedicated nurse’s assistant, supporting patients and their families with compassion and strength. Three years ago, she bravely fought and overcame lung cancer, and we were so grateful for her remission. Now, we’re facing a new challenge: Patty has been diagnosed with brain cancer.
Her treatment plan requires daily trips to Albany Medical Center for chemotherapy and radiation over the next three weeks. The travel alone is exhausting, and the costs are quickly adding up. On top of that, Patty is unable to work during this time, which means we’re also facing the loss of her wages. The financial strain from travel, medical bills, and everyday expenses is overwhelming.
We’re asking for help to cover these urgent costs so Patty can focus on her treatment and recovery. Any support will go directly toward travel expenses, lost income, and the care she needs. Patty has spent her life caring for others—now she needs our help more than ever.
