My husband Jason was diagnosed with cancer less than 3 months after we were married. Good news is it has not spread past his throat and surrounding lymph nodes. Bad news is the old school chemotherapy is the best way to treat this along with radiation everyday according to his Dr’s. This has all of the nasty side effects but proven to be the best course of action.
The next step is for the chemo port and GI tube to be put in because once radiation starts it will be very difficult for him to swallow and stay hydrated.
We are not people who ever ask for help but right now we need it more than ever to be able to beat this cancer. This is the most important fight of our lives.
I am starting this fundraiser because Jason’s time off of work while he is in treatment will be unpaid. The medical bills are already rising. If you can donate please do, if not we completely understand. No one is prepared for the amount of money that cancer costs.
