My name is Juan Tejada, and I’m a father, a neighbor, and a long-time resident of Victorville, California. Until recently, I was working full-time in warehouse logistics—nothing fancy, just steady work to support my family. That all changed three months ago when I suffered a stroke that left me partially paralyzed on my left side.
In one moment, everything stopped—my ability to work, to drive, and to manage daily tasks on my own. Since then, I’ve been undergoing physical therapy several times a week, and while there has been some progress, recovery is slow and costly. I’m fighting every day to regain strength and independence, but right now, I need help to get through this chapter.
I’m asking for your support to raise $6,000 to help cover:
Ongoing physical therapy and follow-up appointments
A wheelchair-accessible ramp for my home
Transportation to medical visits
Basic living expenses while I am unable to return to work
I’ve always been someone who showed up—for my family, my co-workers, my church. This time, I’m the one in need of a helping hand. Every contribution, big or small, will directly ease the burden on my family and help me stay focused on healing.
Thank you for taking a moment to read my story. Whether you choose to donate or share, I am deeply grateful for your kindness.
With hope,
Juan C. Tejada
