Help Kaylyn Heal After A Devastating Dog Attack
On June 2nd, our sweet niece Kaylyn experienced something no child should ever have to go through. She was unexpectedly attacked by a dog and suffered severe facial injuries that required her to be life-flighted to Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. The extent of her injuries have been heartbreaking – she’s already endured emergency surgery and is now facing a long road ahead filled with additional surgeries, medical treatments and emotion healing.
Kayly is only 10, but she is one of the strongest little girls we know. Despite the pain and fear she has faced, she has shown incredible bravery and resilience. As you can imagine, this traumatic event has turned her world completely upside down.
We are asking for you support during this incredibly difficult time. All donations will go directly toward covering:
*Medical expenses and surgeries not covered by insurance (as they are to be considered cosmetic.)
*Travel costs for her and her family as they travel for follow-up appointments and time off of work required to do so
*Ongoing therapy and care to help her recover physically and emotionally
*Anything else she may need to help restore a sense of normalcy to her childhood
