Support Kendra and Gilbert in Their Fight

My name is Gilbert A. Young, Sr. Married 45.5 years. Father of 4, two of whom are kidney recipients. I’ve always been a hard worker, drug-free, and raised my kids and grandkids this way. Then tragedy hit: I was diagnosed with 4th stage prostate cancer, which has taken a toll on me. Medical bills, co-payments, and deductibles are piling up.

My daughter Kendra will be 40 on 7/22/2025. She’s been sick since 6 months old, then came COVID and stole her kidney. My wife is the best person in the world, dealing with all the troubles. She has to continually bring Kendra back and forth to doctor appointments in Baton Rouge, LA, and New Orleans. Along with all my problems, her vehicle is starting to need constant attention.

At your request, you can meet Kendra and the rest over dinner at our humble abode. God forbid my time here should expire soon, your help will assist in preparing them for the future.
