My name is Marie and I’ve created this to help my parents with any unexpected bills they are currently facing. My step mom was seen in the urgent care due to feeling under the weather. They decided to do a ct scan to try to rule out any and all problems and ended up discovering a potential blood clot. My parents were then sent to Memorial hospital to undergo further scans and testing which revealed a mass on my moms frontal lobe. They are currently discussing a biopsy and further testing but as my mom is uninsured, this is severely taking a toll on their financial situation which was already rough due to previous issues. My dad has been trying his hardest to pay bills but as this has come up so suddenly and with her being unable to work and dealing with the hospitalization, he has been struggling to work as he has been doing DoorDash as an income and trying to be there to support his wife. Any funds would go towards medical bills and just normal everyday life bills and would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
