Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your prayers, support, and generosity for our beloved son, Matthew Durham, who was recently involved in a tragic dirt bike accident on June 12, 2025. He was traveling at a high rate of speed and lost control of his bike, resulting a horrific crash. He has multiple broken bones, lacerations from a barbwire fence, and internal bleeding. Matthew is currently hospitalized in critical condition and has undergone surgeries. He will be in a wheelchair chair for a considerable amount of time and will need constant care.
This unexpected accident has turned our world upside down. While we are incredibly thankful that Matthew is still with us, the road to recovery will be long and difficult. He faces numerous procedures, physical rehabilitation, and extended hospital care. As you can imagine, the medical expenses and time away from work will be overwhelming.
Matthew is a strong, adventurous young man with a heart of gold. He’s a fighter, and we believe in his strength and resilience. But we can’t do this alone and are asking for any support to help during this unplanned journey.
We are humbly asking for help to cover:
Ongoing hospital and surgical costs
Physical therapy and rehabilitation
Medical equipment and home care needs
Travel and accommodation expenses for family during his recovery
