Support My Brother’s Medical Crisis

On Wednesday, May 21st of 2025, my brother was found and admitted to the ICU Unit at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD. He had passed out due to a stroke caused by a brain bleed, plus there are blood clots in his lungs. They performed an MRI on Sunday, June 1st of 2025, only to find out he is experiencing mini-strokes {7} inside his brain on top of everything else. Plus, with all the medicine he is taking it is messing with his blood pressure, sugar and kidney’s.

My dilemma, I live in Petersburg, VA and I’m blind, which means I don’t drive. So, I have to arrange transportation round trip. The current plan is that on Monday, June 16th of 2025, we want to switch him over to Palliative / Hospice Care and I want to spend as much time with my brother as possible. Our motto “Pray for the Best, Prepare for the Worst”. You have to love this “Devil Dog”!

“THE MARINE”

The Marine 100 percent

Full of honor, integrity and respect

Never having to doubt where

Their loyalty lays

Because action will always speak louder than any words one can say

And They carry themselves a certain way

How do I know know about these men and women?

Because of my BROTHER, my hero

The one who had my back growing up

In this crazy world .

I’m very proud he found another family to have his six

Especially, when they were out fighting for our freedom and rights

The Marine’s never lay down

They are the first to pound that ground

They are our fierce warriors known as “Devil Dogs”

Validation is not required!!

God’s got it!

Amen

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
