Support Needed for Missed Work Due to Illness

I’ve recently been in and out of the hospital due to congestive heart failure. I went back into Afib, and they tried me on some medication to get me out, but it never worked. That was a few weeks ago. I’ve been dealing with it and have missed a lot of work due to being drained and weak.

I’m back in the hospital, probably gonna miss another week of work. I’m glad I have a job that understands and works with me. Just need a lil help to go towards my bills. Thanks, everyone.
