Hi, I’m Rema, and I need help raising money to get a new car. My car has too many problems to be fixed, so I am hoping to raise enough to find something that will allow me to see my grandchildren and get to my appointments.
Since my TBI 12 years ago, I have had a hard time making phone calls to doctors or anyone else that I need to reach, so driving myself there has been the easiest way to communicate with people. Without a working car, I’m not able to do that anymore. I also have an abundance of doctors that I see because of complications from my TBI. It has been very difficult having to rely on others these past couple of months to take me where I need to go.
I would also love to see my grandchildren more often than I am able to right now. Even though they only live 20 minutes away, I can’t see them frequently without a car. I have been trying to save money myself to find something new, but being on a very limited income makes that very difficult.
