Greendale prides itself on being a strong, tight-knit community. Right now, we can prove that to be true. We have a family in need of help. The Runnells Family are a fun-loving group with two school-aged children, Addison and Beckham. Their mother, Jessie, a school nurse, is a super creative, hands-on mom and a supportive wife to her husband Cory’s home business.
Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, Cory was diagnosed with Hunter Ray’s Syndrome. It has affected his balance among other things, and he has been unable to work. Jessie has been keeping the home together and trying to finish out these last few chaotic weeks of work and school on her own.
It’s sometimes hard to know how to best help a friend, but certainly we can help alleviate the stress of starting a summer off without income.
Please donate if you can. Donations will go toward medical bills as well as groceries and to support any new additional costs needed to keep their household going. This is a good, solid family, and they would never ask, but are incredibly deserving of a helping hand from their community while waiting for Cory to recover ❤️
