Help Us Save Valerie: A Plea from Manu Intiraymi
Hello, my name is Manu Intiraymi, and you might know me as Icheb from Star Trek: Voyager. I’m reaching out to you today with a heavy heart but also with hope, because I believe in the power of community and compassion—values that have always been at the core of Star Trek.
Two days ago, my wife Valerie suffered a severe heart attack. It was sudden and devastating, leaving us both in shock. Valerie is currently in the hospital, fighting bravely for her recovery, but the road ahead is long and uncertain. She’s my partner, my rock, and the heart of our family. Seeing her go through this has been incredibly difficult, but what makes it even harder is the financial burden we’re facing.
As many of you know, life as an actor can be unpredictable, and right now, neither Valerie nor I have a steady income. The medical bills are piling up, and we’re struggling to keep up. We need your help to cover these expenses so Valerie can focus on getting better without the added stress of financial worry.
