Hello everyone, I’m Bella.
I greet you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, am reaching out to ask for your kindness and generosity to support my dear friend Victoria who is facing a life changing surgery to correct a herniated disc condition that’s left her with severe sciatica nerve pain and mobility issues. For four years now, Victoria has been relying on a wheelchair, struggling to proceed with her education and to care for her young daughter and live a normal life.
The challenges began after giving birth to her baby girl during the first wave of COVID19 when she was only nineteen years old. Due to circumstances like lockdown, limited provision of medical services to other people unless one had the corona virus in Uganda, Victoria didn’t receive proper antenatal care which led to complications during delivery. Now at 24years, she’s paying the price for it.
Fortunately, doctors have offered a glimmer of hope that’s a surgery that could restore Victoria’s mobility and independence. The estimated cost is 9000USD which is a significant burden for her family. That’s where you come in dear brothers and sisters.
