Trying to supporting my family thru the passing of my mom

Hi everyone,

I’m raising money to help my family. My mom was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer 4 years ago. And after fighting for a long time, she is now on hospice living her last few weeks on Earth. She stayed here long enough to see all of her kids graduate from high school. Which is truly a gift.

Anyone who has had any type of hospital stay knows how expensive treatment can be. We all love her and we want the best care to make her as comfortable as possible.

My sister lives in Texas and came to Ogden to be with my mom for her last few weeks of life. And my dad offered to lend her money if she needs to stay longer and doesn’t have the funds to. Money we don’t really have to lend.

I understand everyone is going thru hard things in life. And I don’t mean to put our struggles above anyone else. I just thought it was one way I could try to help. Even a little bit helps. I just want to help my dad by alleviating the money aspect.

To those who know me personally, who have known about this since I was a teenager. Thank you for your support.
