Urgent Help for Rent and Medical Costs

Hi, I’m am experiencing some medical issues and need some assistance with meeting my basic expenses for the month. I need some help with meeting my rent, medical expenses and some other minor expenses like food and gas.

I am in a desperate situation and would only ask because I really need the help.
