When it hits the fan, let’s hit back

A dear friend and pillar of our community is experiencing a medical emergency. She is a small business owner which is 1099 employees and does not qualify her for the standard charitable benefits that many of us are blessed to have access to as W2 workers. Andrea sadly had a rare and very serious complication second to a medication administration that has rendered her unable to swallow, extremely weak and nearly paralyzed. Our deepest hope is that this is a temporary medical issue that will resolve with the exceptional care and compassion she is receiving from the many nurses and doctors who provide life saving care at Mount Hood Medical Center in Gresham Oregon. Many who are my former colleagues and people I respect greatly. Andrea is a champion for women, a go getter, a person who has overcome many obstacles in her life only to become one of the most beautiful givers of love, spirit, and kindness. The blessings she extends to her community, her friends, women, and entrepreneurs at large are overwhelming and I am hoping that we can raise enough money to overwhelm her with joy helping to fill her cup so she can inevitably pour into us the way she always has. If you would rather send directly to her please reach out to me for her Venmo. Let’s shine in this opportunity to take care of one of our own. Thank you Andrea for all you have done.

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
